Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: A $20 booking charge is required to secure an appointment. Bookings are confirmed only after payment is processed. Clients will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur a fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee. No-shows will also be charged the full booking fee. Waitlist Policy: If an appointment slot is fully booked, clients can choose to be placed on a waitlist. If a spot becomes available, clients will be notified via email or phone. Waitlisted clients must confirm their booking within a specified timeframe, or the spot will be offered to the next person on the list.
